Step Three: Complete Documentation
At this point the implementation phase is underway and the next step is to compile complete documentation of your system. Each device, every software package, how your network operates and all other details are brought together in your Network Documentation.

- Your Hardcopy: We provide each client with a hard copy version of our documentation. This hard copy is yours to keep and is update digitally every week as long as you hold a Cipher Monitoring and Routine Support Contract. This documentation is key to reducing errors during upgrades and new hardware installation as well as giving you piece of mind.
- Digital Updates: Each week Cipher will update your documentation digitally for Monitoring and Routine Support Clients. This documentation is stored digitally on your server for access at any time. You can always view and update the hardcopy file whenever you find it necessary.
- Advanced Notifications : Cipher will keep track of upcoming product and license expirations, keeping you up to date on the status of your network. You no longer need to worry if your systems are updated and licenses are valid, Cipher takes care of that.

The Next Step: Ongoing Support Agreements
After your system plan is completed and the documentation delivered the next step is to choose the support option that fits your organization best. From as-needed support on an hourly basis to our Support Agreements that provide a discount on rates, we have an option that will provide you the best balance of price and support.
